Terms of Engagement

1. Defined Scope Philosophy

Vallkyrion operates under explicit, written deliverable definitions. We believe this protects both client and studio from mismatched expectations. All work commences only after an agreed scope specification has been locked in writing.

2. Revision Protocols

Each package tier includes a structured number of revision rounds:

• Essential (₹4,999): 1 consolidated revision round
• Business (₹8,999): 2 consolidated revision rounds
• Signature (From ₹14,999): Up to 3 consolidated revision rounds

A revision round constitutes a compiled set of feedback regarding typography, layout nuances, imagery swap-ins, and copy corrections. A revision does not include changing the business model, rewriting the entire website architecture, or adding uncontracted complex functional modules midway through development.

3. Out-of-Scope Requests & Add-Ons

Any feature or expansion requested outside the locked scope (such as additional pages, payment gateways, or custom integrations) will be presented as a transparent, optional add-on quote before work begins. We will never perform unapproved billed work.

4. Code & Asset Ownership

Upon receipt of final payment settlement, you hold 100% full, unencumbered ownership of the production website code, assets, and design files created for your engagement. Vallkyrion retains no claims over your digital property, and we can transfer git repositories directly to your organizational GitHub account upon request.

5. Domains, Hosting & Third-Party Fees

Clients retain full ownership of their custom domain names, registered under their personal or company registrar accounts. Initial cloud edge deployments incur zero mandatory monthly fees for typical business traffic. If your traffic scales into heavy usage requiring higher cloud bandwidth, third-party infrastructure fees are paid directly by you to the provider without markup.

6. Client Responsibilities

Timely delivery requires timely client collaboration. Clients are responsible for supplying high-resolution logos, brand imagery, written copy outlines, and required domain registrar DNS access. Project timelines are counted from the business day all required assets are delivered.
